Learning Objectives

Indicator: B9.1.1.3.3 - Show ability to participate in a spoken discourse and express personal ideas about children and schooling.

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

  1. Listen to and understand a short spoken discourse in Arabic about children and schooling.
  2. Identify and state the main ideas presented in the discourse.
  3. Express their own personal views in Arabic about school life, using the sentence models provided.
  4. Respond appropriately to questions and comments from the teacher and classmates during the discussion.
  5. Make at least one constructive comment or suggestion about children and schooling, using the core vocabulary of the topic.
