Learning Objectives

Indicator: B9.1.1.3.2 - Recognise and recall main points in a text read in class on education and career path, and reproduce them.

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

  1. Listen to a short Arabic text read aloud on the topic of education and career paths and identify the main points with at least 80% accuracy.
  2. Recall and repeat the key points from the text in correct order, using their own words in Arabic.
  3. Answer simple oral questions (who, what, where) about the text immediately after hearing it.
  4. Reproduce the main ideas of the text by summarising them orally in 3 to 4 complete Arabic sentences.
  5. Distinguish between main points and supporting details in the text when prompted by the teacher.
