Learning Objectives

Indicator: B8.4.2.1.4 - Demonstrate the knowledge and ability to fill in and select appropriate words to complete short phrases or sentences.

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

Select the correct word from a given list to complete a short Arabic sentence, matching the meaning and grammar of the sentence.
Fill in blank spaces in a short Arabic paragraph about love for one’s country, using appropriate vocabulary from a word bank.
Rearrange given Arabic words into a complete, grammatically correct sentence, following correct word order for subject, verb and object.
Compose 3 to 5 short sentences about Eid Day or a festive occasion, choosing appropriate words and phrases to express meaning clearly.
Review their own completed sentences to check that the chosen words fit both the meaning and the grammar of the sentence.
