By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Identify the key features of narrative and descriptive essays and distinguish between them.
- Organise given information to write a short descriptive essay about a known Ghanaian historical character.
- Write a short descriptive essay about their village using a given paragraph format.
- Use appropriate descriptive words and adjectives to make their writing vivid and interesting.
- Review their own and peers’ writing to improve clarity and creativity.
