Indicator: B7.1.1.1.2 - Demonstrate understanding in the use of input devices (barcode, scanner, etc.)
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Identify at least six different input devices and state what each one does.
- Distinguish between manual input devices (such as keyboard and mouse) and automatic input devices (such as barcode readers and sensors).
- Classify common input devices as manual or automatic with at least 80% accuracy.
- State the advantages and disadvantages of at least three input devices.
- Match input devices to the real-world places where they are commonly used.
