Learning Objectives
Indicator: B4.3.1.3.1
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Demonstrate the correct technique for a brisk walk, including proper arm swing and posture, during a guided warm-up activity.
- Maintain a steady brisk walking pace for 15 continuous minutes while keeping time with music.
- Monitor their own effort level during the walk using simple cues such as breathing rate and feeling of warmth.
- Follow safety rules within a demarcated walking area, including spacing and changing direction without collision.
- Complete a full 15 minute brisk walk with music while sustaining aerobic effort and proper form.
