Indicator: B3.3.1.3.1
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Perform a continuous 10 minute dance routine with music at their own pace.
- Identify the physical signs of aerobic exercise, such as increased heart rate, faster breathing and sweating.
- Maintain correct posture and body control while dancing for the full duration.
- Demonstrate personal commitment and self-management by completing the 10 minute dance without stopping.
- Explain how dancing for 10 minutes improves their heart, lungs and overall physical fitness.
