Exemplars (from the NaCCA curriculum)
1. In mixed groups, learners describe how to use maps for locating places and navigation. 2. Using geo-techniques (navigation apps, GPS, Remote sensing, GIS, google earth, google maps, etc), learners locate and navigate to some important landmarks in the community. 3. Using storyboarding, learners explore the importance of maps. 4. Using the fish bowl strategy, learners discuss the challenges of map making and use in Ghana.
