1. In mixed-ability groups, learners observe photographs or paintings and short videos depicting different Ghanaian marriage rites from various ethnic groups and analyse the images discussing: - Symbols and objects used in marriage rites - Facial expressions and body language of participants - The overall atmosphere and mood conveyed - What the images tell us about the purpose and significance of marriage rites 2. Learners form concentric circles to discuss the significance of funeral rites and how it has changed over time.
