By the end of the lesson, learners can:

Define socialisation and explain its meaning using the thought shower technique.
Distinguish between agencies of socialisation and agents of socialisation with relevant examples.
Identify at least four major agencies of socialisation and the specific agents within each.
Discuss the role of agencies and agents in shaping the development of an individual.
Describe how the school and community can work together to support the socialisation of young people.
