Building on What Others Say: In dialogues, learners question given structures in society and meaningfully interact with their peers on such local and global issues. Pick & Speak: - Learners, individually/in pairs/in groups, pick topic cards from a group of cards and speak to the issue written on the card. - Learners communicate using words carefully by considering the gender, ethnicity, status, and preferences of other speakers.
