Learning Objectives

Indicator: 2.1.1.LI.2 - Apply infographics in explaining peculiar economic issues.

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

  1. Define an infographic and identify its key features (visuals, data, text, and narrative flow).
  2. Explain at least three economic issues or laws (e.g., law of demand, law of supply, law of diminishing marginal utility) using a simple infographic.
  3. Create an original infographic that accurately represents a given economic issue with correct data and labels.
  4. Interpret an unfamiliar infographic and verbally explain the economic concept it represents.
  5. Critically evaluate an infographic for clarity, accuracy, and effectiveness in communicating an economic idea.
