By the end of the lesson, learners can:

Explain the meaning of division of labour and specialisation in production with reference to both simple and complex examples.
Justify at least four advantages of division of labour and specialisation to firms, workers, and the economy.
Identify at least three limitations or disadvantages of division of labour and specialisation.
Evaluate a production scenario and determine whether division of labour and specialisation would improve efficiency, giving reasons for their position.
Apply the principles of division of labour through a group project, demonstrating how shared responsibilities lead to higher output and quality.

Project-Based Learning: In small groups, task them to do a mini project where they need to share responsibilities to complete the task. Be gender responsive and have the ability to tackle injustice during and after the project. Integrity should be seen in the learner during and after the project.
