Exemplars (from the NaCCA curriculum)

- Inquiry-based learning: Learners in a mixed-gender groups watch a video on the determinants of price for an agricultural commodity and prepare a graph on the demand and supply schedules. In the same groups learners mimic a demand and supply scenario.
- Project based learning: In mixed- ability groups, learners design a questionnaire with a maximum of eight questions on supply and demand schedules and determinants of prices. Learners administer the question at the school market and present their report.
