By the end of the lesson, learners can:

Outline the academic and practical steps required to enter at least three different Health Education career pathways.
Explain the role of certification, licensing, and continuous professional development in Health Education careers.
Compare the professional preparation requirements of two different Health Education pathways (e.g., nursing and health promotion).
Discuss, in small groups, the preparation journey for a preferred Health Education career pathway and present their findings to the class.
Reflect on their own interests, strengths, and SMART goals in relation to a chosen Health Education pathway.
