Learning Objectives
Indicator: 1.1.1.LI.2 - Discuss the various components of health and wellness.
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Identify and name at least five distinct components of health and wellness from a given list or scenario.
- Explain how at least three components (physical, mental/emotional, social) interrelate and influence overall wellbeing.
- Categorise everyday Ghanaian activities and behaviours under the appropriate health and wellness component.
- Create and present a group mind map showing the components of health and wellness and their connections.
- Assess a personal daily routine and identify which components of wellness are being addressed and which are being neglected.
