Learning Objectives
Indicator: 2.2.3.LI.2 - Design an e-commerce web page for a selected company or organisation.
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- State at least five essential features of an e-commerce web page, including product display, shopping cart, checkout, payment options, and customer support.
- Outline the structure of an e-commerce web page, including header, navigation bar, product grid, product detail section, and footer.
- Design a paper-based wireframe or sketch of an e-commerce web page for a selected Ghanaian company or organisation, labelling each major section with its purpose.
- Justify design choices for an e-commerce web page in terms of usability, trust, and customer experience, giving at least two reasons for each major decision.
- Work collaboratively in mixed groups to give and receive constructive feedback on e-commerce page designs, incorporating at least one suggested improvement into a revised design.
