Learning Objectives

Indicator: 3.4.3.LI.4 - Écrire un texte qui porte sur Internet et de la gestion des informations (Production et interaction écrites).

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

Recall at least 10 French vocabulary items related to Internet, computers and information management from the exemplars provided.
Write a coherent paragraph of 60 to 80 words in French describing how they use the Internet for schoolwork and communication.
Apply appropriate vocabulary to write a short text explaining how to verify whether information found online is true or false.
Produce a short written text (an email, a message or a blog post) that advises a friend on safe and responsible use of the Internet.
Demonstrate understanding of the writing process by planning, drafting and revising a short text on Internet use and information management.
