Learning Objectives

Indicator: 2.4.3.LI.4 - Écrire un texte sur la navigation sur Internet (Production et interaction écrites)

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

Identify and use at least 8 vocabulary items related to Internet navigation (se connecter, naviguer, surfer, un moteur de recherche, un site web, un internaute, télécharger, une adresse mail) in written sentences.
Write 5 to 7 coherent sentences in French describing how they use the Internet for daily activities, using the present tense with first-person verbs (je me connecte, je navigue, je recherche, je regarde).
Structure a short paragraph (60 to 80 words) on the importance of Internet with a clear beginning, middle and end, using linking words such as “d’abord”, “ensuite” and “enfin”.
Respond in writing to a classmate’s message about Internet use, asking one or two follow-up questions and giving one piece of advice.
Review and correct their own written text for common errors: subject-verb agreement, use of “sur” before “Internet”, and spelling of key vocabulary.
