Learning Objectives
Indicator: 2.6.2.LI.1 - Apply knowledge of the traits of an entrepreneur to assess one’s capabilities in setting up a business
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Identify at least eight key traits of successful entrepreneurs and explain how each trait contributes to business success.
- Use a structured self-assessment tool to evaluate their own entrepreneurial traits and capabilities.
- Distinguish between traits they currently possess and those they need to develop, based on their self-assessment results.
- Present a brief personal entrepreneurial profile, citing evidence of their strengths and areas for growth.
- Set realistic personal development targets for strengthening at least two entrepreneurial traits over the next term.
