Indicator: 2.4.2.LI.2

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

Design a flow chart showing the step-by-step production process for at least one indigenous beverage chosen from their locality.
Identify the raw materials, equipment, and energy sources required for their chosen beverage production experiment.
Conduct a small-scale experiment to produce their chosen beverage, recording observations at each stage.
Evaluate their own experimental design and results, suggesting at least one improvement to the process.
Present their experimental procedure and findings to the class, using both oral communication and a written report.
