By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Design a flow chart showing the step-by-step production process for at least one indigenous beverage chosen from their locality.
- Identify the raw materials, equipment, and energy sources required for their chosen beverage production experiment.
- Conduct a small-scale experiment to produce their chosen beverage, recording observations at each stage.
- Evaluate their own experimental design and results, suggesting at least one improvement to the process.
- Present their experimental procedure and findings to the class, using both oral communication and a written report.
