Learning Objectives

Indicator: B7.9.1.1.4 - Écrire pour donner des ordres et des interdictions à quelqu’un (Production écrite et Interaction écrite)

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

Write at least five correct imperative sentences in French to give orders (e.g., Ouvre, Ferme, Regarde, Sors, Assieds-toi).
Write at least five correct sentences to express prohibitions using “C’est interdit de…” or “Défense de…” or the negative imperative “Ne…pas”.
Produce a short written message (text message or WhatsApp-style) that gives orders or prohibitions to a friend or family member.
Create a written sign or notice in French that gives an order or states a prohibition, using appropriate vocabulary and structure.
Correctly spell and write simple dictated sentences containing orders and prohibitions from the lesson vocabulary.
