Learning Objectives

Indicator: B7.2.2.1.1 - Écouter, comprendre et réagir à une conversation, une présentation dans laquelle on parle de différents lieux et ses objets et les personnes (Réception orale / Compréhension de l’oral)

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

Identify the names of at least 8 different places, objects and people in a school when they hear them in a spoken French text or dialogue.
Match spoken French words for school places, objects and people to pictures or real objects in the classroom.
Answer simple comprehension questions (yes/no and who/what/where questions) after listening to a short audio dialogue about a school.
Distinguish between similar-sounding French words related to the school (e.g. tableau and bureau, classe and salle).
Complete a listening discrimination exercise, ticking the words they hear from a list of similar options.
