Exemplars (from the NaCCA curriculum)
- Identify issues of interest in your environment/school/community and conduct an investigation on them based on focused questions. E.g. Investigating into the different brands of a product and their prices, i.e., different brands of sachet/bottled water or variety of cocoa products (production and price).
- Sample research questions
What are the different types of cocoa products found in your area? How, where and from what is it produced? Manufacturing companies, prices, advertising and marketing?
- Record, organise findings for presentation.
- Make a list of references to avoiding plagiarism.
- Individual/group presentation of findings.
