- Write flyers or posters of varied kinds using: - Small size e.g. A5 paper - Eye-catching headline, slogan or logo - Brief description of product - List of benefits or offers - Contact information e.g. website - Include a visual and or a design element - Design an invitation card to incorporate the following: - Nature of the event - Where it will take place - Date and time (could include dress code) - Name of invitee (could include RSVP) - Could have a visual and or a design element - Write emails to contacts, parents or teachers ensuring that the following are present: - The recipient's address-which, in most cases, is the recipient's name and the server point. For example, aziz65(name)@gmail. (server). - CC: These may be additional recipients whose attention are called to the email. - Subject: This is a summary of the content of the email. - Message - Sender's name and contact.
