By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Identify the imperative verb (فعل الأمر) in a semi-vowelized Arabic text and distinguish it from perfect and imperfect verbs.
- Extract imperative verbs from a given passage and state the person, gender, and number of each.
- Conjugate a given imperative verb correctly for the second person masculine singular, feminine singular, dual, masculine plural, and feminine plural forms.
- Explain the difference between the imperative mood and the perfect and imperfect tenses using examples from a text.
- Demonstrate knowledge of verb tenses by selecting the correct imperative form to complete short sentences.
