Indicator: B8.2.3.1.1 - Identify and discuss visual artists whose work reflected the history, culture, environment and topical issues in the community
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Identify at least three visual artists in their community (or Ghana at large) whose works reflect history, culture, environment, or topical issues.
- Classify visual artists according to their areas of specialisation, such as painting, sculpture, textiles, pottery, or graphic design.
- Gather information about a selected visual artist through personal enquiry, interviews, or available records.
- Present orally and in writing the life, work, and influence of one selected visual artist on the community.
