Indicator: B8.4.2.3.2 - Show creative writing skills in narrative and descriptive essay writing.

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

  1. Identify the key features of narrative and descriptive essays and distinguish between them.
  2. Organise given information to write a short descriptive essay about a known Ghanaian historical character.
  3. Write a short descriptive essay about their village using a given paragraph format.
  4. Use appropriate descriptive words and adjectives to make their writing vivid and interesting.
  5. Review their own and peers’ writing to improve clarity and creativity.
