Learning Objectives
Indicator: B8.2.1.1.1 - Show ability to carry out proper self-introduction.
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- State the Arabic expressions for family members, friends, classmates, school, and home as listed in the exemplars.
- Construct 5 to 7 simple spoken sentences introducing themselves, including name, family, school, and friends.
- Deliver a proper self-introduction in Arabic of at least 30 seconds to a partner or small group.
- Respond appropriately when others introduce themselves, using courteous listening expressions.
- Use correct pronunciation and gender agreement for the words صديقي (my male friend) and صديقتي (my female friend).
