Learning Objectives

Indicator: B8.1.2.3.1 - Recognise and name the persons and objects represented in an audio-visual format.

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

  1. Identify and name at least 5 of the 7 key persons and objects from the honesty story when shown pictures or video clips without sound.
  2. Say the Arabic names of the persons and objects correctly with proper pronunciation when the teacher points to them in an image.
  3. Listen to a short audio clip from the story and point to the correct person or object on a picture sheet when asked “أين …؟” (Where is …?)
  4. Match spoken Arabic words to the correct images of persons and objects from the story in a listening matching activity.
  5. Respond correctly to yes/no questions (هل هذا …؟) about persons and objects shown in images from the story.
