Learning Objectives
Indicator: B7.2.4.2.2 - Observe and compare the uses of the different types of animals.
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Observe at least five different types of animals in their community and record their uses in a simple chart.
- Compare the domestic uses of two or more animals, stating at least one similarity and one difference between them.
- Match at least five domestic animals to their commercial products and by-products, including animal waste.
- Explain, with examples, how the same animal can serve both domestic and commercial purposes.
- Evaluate information gathered from observations and decide whether each use they recorded is domestic or commercial.
