Indicator: B7.3.2.1.2 - Demonstrate the use of the following features of Electronic mail: Attachment and Address book

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

  1. Define the terms “attachment” and “address book” in the context of electronic mail.
  2. Demonstrate the steps to attach a file to an email and send it to a recipient.
  3. Demonstrate how to open, view and download an attachment received in an email.
  4. Demonstrate how to add, edit and delete a contact in an email address book.
  5. Explain when to use the To:, cc:, bcc: and subject fields when composing an email, and give reasons for each choice.
