By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Define a word processor and a word processing software package in their own words.
- State at least four importance or benefits of using word processing software.
- Name and identify at least four common word processing software packages (e.g., MS-Word, Google Docs, LibreOffice Writer, Notepad).
- Distinguish between word processing software and a typewriter, giving at least two clear differences.
- Explain, in a simple oral presentation, one way word processing software helps people in their daily work or schoolwork.
