By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Explain what is meant by food and food commodities in their own words.
- Give at least five examples of common food commodities found in their community.
- Classify food commodities correctly under the two main sources: plant source and animal source.
- State at least four reasons why human beings eat food.
- Create a chart showing the two main sources of food commodities with two examples under each source.
