Indicator: B7.1.1.1.2 - Describe ways of maintaining personal hygiene

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

  1. List at least five ways of maintaining personal hygiene.
  2. Explain why each hygiene practice is important for staying healthy.
  3. Demonstrate the correct procedure for caring for finger nails, hair, ears, nose, mouth and teeth.
  4. Work in groups to present a short demonstration of one personal hygiene practice in a clear order.
  5. Set personal standards by committing to a daily personal hygiene routine.
