Learning Objectives
Indicator: B7.4.1.1.1 - Demonstrate competence and skills in writing the Arabic alphabet in their various forms at the initial, medial and final position in connected form.
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Identify and name the four forms of Arabic letters (isolated, initial, medial, and final) for the letters خ, د, ر, س, ش, ص, ط.
- Write each of the seven focus letters correctly in their initial, medial, and final positions within connected words.
- Connect given letters to the long vowels (ا - و - ي) to form complete words with correct letter positioning.
- Distinguish between letters that join with the following letter and letters that do not join (like د, ر) when writing connected words.
- Copy simple Arabic words with accurate letter forms and appropriate positioning, showing emerging skill in connected writing.
