Learning Objectives
Indicator: B7.2.1.2.3 - Pronounce words accurately for immediate family relations such as father, mother or sister from a passage.
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Pronounce the Arabic words for immediate family members (أب، أم، ابن، ابنة، أخ، أخت) with correct articulation of each consonant and vowel.
- Identify family relation words when they hear them read aloud in a short passage.
- Read aloud a short passage containing family relation words with acceptable pronunciation.
- Produce at least three oral sentences describing their own family using the target vocabulary.
- Distinguish between similar-sounding family words (e.g., أخ and أخت) in spoken form.
