Learning Objectives
Indicator: B7.1.1.4.2 - Identify various sounds of Arabic letters that form words and phrases that represent teaching acts.
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Pronounce correctly the seven Arabic words for teaching acts: تعليم، تدريس، شرح، بيان، رسم، تصحيح، كتابة
- Identify and distinguish the initial, middle and final sounds of the letters in each teaching-act word when heard aloud.
- Recognise each teaching-act word by listening to its sound pattern and matching it to its written form.
- Discriminate between words that share similar sounds, such as تعليم and تدريس, when both are pronounced.
- Write each of the seven words correctly from dictation, showing accurate letter-sound correspondence.
