Learning Objectives
Indicator: B7.1.1.2.1 - Recognise simple questions related to domestic animals, like cat, dog, mouse, sheep, etc.
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Recognise and identify the audio names of at least five domestic animals in Arabic (e.g., كلب, خروف, ماعز, بقرة, حصان) when heard aloud.
- Respond orally to simple questions such as “ما هذا؟” (What is this?) and “هل هذا كلب؟” (Is this a dog?) by giving the correct animal name.
- Match a spoken Arabic question to the correct picture of a domestic animal from a set of options.
- Recall and use question words like ما (what), هل (is this), and أين (where) in the context of talking about domestic animals.
- Distinguish between the sounds of similar animal names, such as خروف (sheep) and حصان (horse), when heard in a question.
