Learning Objectives

Indicator: B6.3.4.1.2

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

  1. State at least four moral lessons drawn from the latter lives of the religious leaders studied in the previous lesson.
  2. Explain in their own words how humility, forgiveness, faithfulness, obedience, perseverance and patriotism were shown in the latter lives of these leaders.
  3. Work in groups to identify and list virtues from the latter lives of the leaders and present their findings to the class.
  4. Dramatise or role play one virtue from the latter lives of a religious leader to show its meaning in action.
  5. Describe one practical way they can apply each of the virtues they have learnt in their own daily lives at home or school.
