Indicator: B6.4.3.4.4 - List the benefit of safety procedures and rules associated with physical activity.
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- List at least four benefits of following safety procedures and rules during physical activity.
- Explain how safety rules help prevent injuries during games and exercises.
- Describe how following safety procedures boosts confidence and encourages participation in physical activity.
- Discuss how safety rules improve overall performance in sports and physical tasks.
- Work in groups to share and present ideas on safety rules and their benefits.
