Learning Objectives

Indicator: B6.1.1.1.1

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

  1. Identify and demonstrate at least three different locomotor skills (running, skipping, jumping, galloping, hopping) and at least two object manipulation skills (throwing, catching, dribbling, striking) used in a cooperative movement game.
  2. Create and explain a simple offensive strategy that allows their team to score or advance the ball while cooperating with teammates.
  3. Develop a cooperative movement game that combines locomotor skills, object manipulation, and an offensive strategy, following the rules agreed upon by their group.
  4. Teach their cooperative movement game to another person or group, giving clear instructions and demonstrating the skills involved.
  5. Participate actively in a mini invasion game (such as handball or basketball) using offensive tactics, teamwork, and proper cool-down routines.

Learners participate in a mini Handball, Volleyball, Basketball, Netball, Hockey, etc. base on the facilities and materials available. Learners use strategies and tactics in playing the game ae a team. Learners play various roles in a team and cooperate with one another in achieving the teams' objectives. Learners cool down to end the lesson.
