Learning Objectives

Indicator: B6.4.9.3.1 - Lisez et comprendre des ordres

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

  1. Read a simple order written in French (e.g., “Ouvrez la fenêtre”) and perform the corresponding action correctly.
  2. Match at least four written orders to the correct pictures in a worksheet activity.
  3. Identify and read aloud common order verbs (ouvrez, fermez, levez, asseyez, écoutez, répétez) with correct pronunciation.
  4. Distinguish between a written order and a written suggestion by reading carefully and explaining the difference in their own words.
  5. Respond appropriately to written orders given on cards by carrying out the action without verbal prompting.
