Indicator: B6.4.5.3.1 - Lire et comprendre de petites conversations téléphoniques entre deux personnes.

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

  1. Read aloud a short telephone conversation in French with correct pronunciation and intonation.
  2. Identify the main idea of a short telephone conversation (who is calling, who is answering, and why).
  3. Extract specific details from a written telephone conversation, such as names, times, places and phone numbers.
  4. Answer simple comprehension questions in French or English about a telephone dialogue.
  5. Match key telephone expressions to their meanings, building on the vocabulary from previous weeks’ listening and speaking activities.
