By the end of the lesson, learners can:

Read aloud a simple French text about the seasons and the months in which important Ghanaian festivals are celebrated with correct pronunciation.
Identify and state the four seasons of the year and the months associated with each season in French.
Extract key information from a text to answer comprehension questions about which festivals are celebrated in which months and seasons.
Match the names of at least six Ghanaian festivals to their correct months and seasons as stated in the text.
Use a calendar of festivals to talk about when major celebrations such as Homowo, Damba, Aboakyer, and Odwira take place.
