Learning Objectives

Indicator: B6.4.3.2.2 - Dire ce que quelqu’un fait chaque jour de la semaine

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

  1. State at least five days of the week in French correctly (lundi, mardi, mercredi, jeudi, vendredi, samedi, dimanche).
  2. Use the structure “Le + jour, il/elle + verbe” to say what someone does on a particular day (e.g., “Le lundi, elle va à l’école”).
  3. Conjugate and use common action verbs (aller, jouer, manger, travailler, danser, chanter) in the third person singular (il/elle) to describe daily activities.
  4. Produce 3 to 5 spoken sentences describing what a classmate or family member does each day of the week, using the days and verbs learned.
  5. Respond correctly to the question “Qu’est-ce qu’il/elle fait le [jour]?” with a complete sentence.
