Learning Objectives

Indicator: B6.4.2.2.2 - Raconter ce que l’on fait à certaines heures de la journée.

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

Retell, in French, at least five daily activities they do on a typical day, with the correct time for each activity.
Sequence their daily activities in chronological order using time markers such as “d’abord”, “ensuite”, “après”, “à midi”, “l’après-midi” and “le soir”.
Use the present tense (first person) correctly with common verbs: se réveiller, faire le ménage, balayer, prendre, faire la lessive, aller, préparer, manger, se reposer, regarder.
Orally present a short narration (5 to 7 sentences) about their Saturday routine, modelled on Kwame’s example, with reasonably accurate pronunciation and rhythm.
Respond to a classmate’s question “Qu’est-ce que tu fais le samedi ?” or “Qu’est-ce que tu fais à 7 heures ?” with a complete, meaningful answer.

Après, je fais la lessive. A 11 h, je vais au marché avec ma mère. A midi, nous préparons le déjeuner et nous mangeons. L'après-midi, nous nous reposons ou nous regardons la télé.
