By the end of the lesson, learners can:

Identify vocabulary for physical characteristics, clothing, and behaviours in a recited poem or sung song.
Recite a short poem in French describing a person’s physical features, clothing, and behaviours with correct pronunciation.
Sing a simple French song that describes a person, maintaining rhythm and melody.
Create and perform their own two-line verse describing a classmate, building on the vocabulary from the model poem.
Respond to simple comprehension questions about the content of the recited poem or song.
