Indicator: B6.1.2.5.3 - Remplir une fiche d’identité

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

Identify the different sections of a fiche d’identité (identity form) and state what information is required in each section.
Complete a fiche d’identité accurately with their own personal information: nom, prénom, date de naissance, lieu de naissance, adresse, numéro de téléphone.
Write their date of birth correctly in French format (day/month/year) using the correct prepositions and vocabulary.
Respond to short written questions about personal identity in complete French sentences.
Create a simple model fiche d’identité for a fictional character and fill it in correctly.
