Indicator: B6.1.1.4.1 - Écrire une note pour saluer quelqu’un
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Write a 6-word greeting sentence in French correctly, following the model “Je vais très bien, et toi ?”
- Identify the key parts of a written greeting note (salutation, message, closing) in a short model text
- Compose a simple written note greeting a friend or family member, using vocabulary learned in Weeks 1 (greetings, responses, and polite expressions)
- Use correct punctuation for French questions and exclamations when writing greetings (spacing before ? and !)
- Apply classroom conventions of written French (capital letters, spelling, word order) when producing their greeting note
